 Hello~My name is Sabrina.
I am first and foremost a mother of four wonderful children. They are my life, my loves, and my inspiration! I am also married to a wonderful man who supports me in all my crazy endeavors.
Art has always been a part of my life in one medium or another. You're probably wondering what got me into making glass beads and what classes I've taken and with whom, Right? To be honest, I've never taken a formal class working with glass. It all started with one little gift from my mother-in-law, a watch made with glass beads and probably the coolest thing I'd ever seen! And from there my interest became an obsession. I bought books, beads and I kept my husband awake at night with my insistant chatter about beads and how badly I wanted to make them. Then in February 2004 my dream came true!!! My husband surprised me with all I needed to get the glass flowing! The hardest thing about learning to make glass beads was waiting for all the equipment to arrive! Since the arrival of my equipment I have made hundreds possibly thousands of beads. Every bead is an individual piece of wearable art.
Since I began selling my beads and jewelry I've discovered they're in Great Demand!!! Who would have ever thought a simple lampwork watch would have sparked such a creative turn of events in ones life.
